A different kind of hen farm, attentive to the well-being of the animal and the environment that surrounds it. Claudio Olivero’s hens are followed and monitored one by one from birth with the help of the farm veterinarian, fed only with organic wheat, corn, barley, alfalfa, flax, hemp and soybeans grown on the farm and produced in the self-fertilized fields by the hens themselves. A perfect balance between animal and environment, which live in harmony and respected by humans. The result is incredible eggs, healthy and good to eat, with which Claudio Olivero produces many derivatives, one above all the zabaglione of the Piedmontese tradition.
CLAUDIO OLIVERO grew up respecting the rhythms of nature in a family of farmers for generations. It was he, however, who wanted to focus on chickens, believing in the possibility of environmentally sustainable farming supported by increasingly efficient technologies.
