Italy is known all over the world not only for its delicious food, but also for its impeccable service and warm hospitality. Therefore, in offering you the best of the peninsula’s excellence, we do not want to neglect the personal aspect and want you to be satisfied and happy, not only at the table!
It may happen that, during transportation by our couriers, Gustatium’s box is slightly damaged or does not arrive intact as we shipped it. Should this happen, take care immediately to check that the contents of the box are intact and perfectly packed as we shipped it.

 

WHAT SHOULD YOU DO IN CASE YOU FIND ANOMALIES IN YOUR ORDER?

In case the contents of your box have been damaged during shipment, take a photo or video and send it to us at info@gustatium.it. Following your reports, we will assess the damage and either send you the products needed to properly complete your order or make a financial refund of the reported amount.

PLEASE NOTE: Complaints will only be accepted if received by us within 5 days from the date of receipt of the order.
