The Senise IGP Pepper is a particular type of sweet bell pepper with a fine skin suitable to be dried and processed into powder, fried or put in oil as in this case.
Cardoncello mushroom is a delicious mushroom native to Basilicata and northern Apulia, excellent for use in cooking and suitable for enhancing whatever ingredient is combined with it.
