PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The IGA style of Vulpes is a style that has emerged very recently; it calls for beer to be flavored with grape must. Italian Grape Ale is brewed exclusively by craft breweries and is not common to find commercially. The guys at 61Cento for this IGA used red Cabernet Franc grape must, from which Selvagrossa farm produces an exceptional wine. Being tied to grape must, Vulpes will be different from year to year and its production is closely tied to the availability of must.
On the nose it shows itself worthy of its style with complex, intense, fresh and deep aromas.
On the palate it confirms itself as very complex and full-bodied.
In cooking it lends itself to multiple pairings because of its role as a link between beer and wine. The Cabernet Franc grapes used in its production undoubtedly call meat dishes; however, it is very versatile and also lends itself well to seafood preparations.
The ideal serving temperature to fully enjoy all the aromas of Vulpes is 12°C.
INGREDIENTS AND BENEFITS
INGREDIENTS: Water, Barley malt, Grape must, Hops, Yeast
When you happen to ask someone about the benefits that beer brings to our bodies, the answer that is usually given (and which is not entirely wrong) is this: it is refreshing on hot summer days and it immediately puts a group of friends in a cheerful mood. Two no small benefits, no doubt, but what if we told you that beer is also capable of providing real physical benefits to your body? Its content of B vitamins helps to prevent cardiovascular disease, and thanks to some of the components within it, beer is able to conciliate sleep. It also turns out to be rich in minerals, a quality that is especially useful in defending against the summer heat that leads to high loss of them.
In any case, beer should be consumed in the right quantity and one rule, however, should always be kept in mind: it is important to prefer quality over quantity. By choosing craft beers from small producers you will have a gain in health, in taste and you will help these small heroic breweries that work with natural and traditional methods.
SHIPPING
We receive your order, prepare it and ship it in 24/36 hours.
We are aware that excellent products need excellent packaging and at the same time we cannot risk damaging in any way the precious Italian culinary jewels: for this reason our warehouse is equipped with temperature and lighting ideal for food preservation and the most delicate ones (cheeses, cold cuts and craft beers) are stored inside cold rooms. During shipping, on the other hand, each product is protected with the packaging most appropriate to its characteristics.
Cheeses and cured meats, which despite being aged require special care, travel accompanied by a special slow-release gel ice inside isothermal bags: in this way freshness is preserved until the goods arrive at your home.
For our craft beers, which are unpasteurized and therefore more sensitive to high temperatures than normal, we use a special isothermal bubble wrap, which can ensure that the accumulated cold is maintained for the shipping time while protecting the bottles from shocks.
To secure the precious bottles of Italian wine, we have equipped ourselves with special inflatable bags, designed solely for the purpose of immobilizing and protecting this product inside the box.
For jars containing a thousand Italian goodnesses, we use special protective bubble wrap liners.
