Propi Bun’s Langhe Hazelnut flour is an alternative flour of the highest quality, because it is made only with hazelnuts grown in the Alta Langa area, at heights above 600 meters above sea level. It is precisely because of this location that they are called Nocciole delle Langhe IGP, the type of hazelnut recognized as the best in the world. The variety is called Tonda Gentile Trilobata, and thanks to its high oil content, it is also considered valuable from a nutritional point of view, in addition to its taste.
Simply obtained by chopping hazelnuts from the Langhe, hazelnut flour retains all its nutritional properties and amplifies its wonderful flavors. Fantastic to use in the preparation of fragrant desserts, such as hazelnut cake or homemade cookies; it also lends itself excellently to the preparation of savory recipes, such as the revisiting of the famous Piedmontese cookies, Baci di Dama, in the savory version with goat cheese mousse.

For our craft beers, which are unpasteurized and therefore more sensitive to high temperatures than normal, we use a special isothermal bubble wrap, which can ensure that the accumulated cold is maintained for the shipping time while protecting the bottles from shocks.
To secure the precious bottles of Italian wine, we have equipped ourselves with special inflatable bags, designed solely for the purpose of immobilizing and protecting this product inside the box.
For jars containing a thousand Italian goodnesses, we use special protective bubble wrap liners.
