The “Croccante” (crunchy in italian) is a widespread and beloved dessert throughout Italy, but only in Sicily is this one made with the so-called green diamond of this magnificent island, the pistachio. The mastery of Evergreen’s pastry chefs succeeds in bringing to life a tasty, crunchy treat using pistachio granules sourced exclusively from Sicilian pistachio groves.

True Sicilian pistachio is a delicacy that not everyone can boast of having tried in a lifetime. Green Crock manages to bring out the full flavor of pistachios while maintaining their natural crunchiness. Definitely try it with a good coffee or when you’re in the mood for a flavor-packed snack.

Pistachios, like all natural varieties of Italian nuts, bring great health benefits to our bodies when consumed regularly and in the right doses. In addition to being rich in valuable plant proteins, pistachios fight bad cholesterol in the blood, keep blood pressure under control and provide many minerals. They can also be eaten by those with diabetes! Last but not least, pistachios can reduce stress and promote good mood (perhaps because it is one of the tastiest things you will ever eat in your life!).

For our craft beers, which are unpasteurized and therefore more sensitive to high temperatures than normal, we use a special isothermal bubble wrap, which can ensure that the accumulated cold is maintained for the shipping time while protecting the bottles from shocks.

To secure the precious bottles of Italian wine, we have equipped ourselves with special inflatable bags, designed solely for the purpose of immobilizing and protecting this product inside the box.

For jars containing a thousand Italian goodnesses, we use special protective bubble wrap liners.
