“Il Cavaliere” is one of the most authentic expressions of Sangiovese you can taste. This is because Alessandro Bandinelli uses, from the vineyard to the winery, the most advanced techniques of modern biodynamics. In this way, the Sangiovese that emerges is sincere and leads back to its terroir with every taste, while showing excellent structure and great personality.
The harvest is done manually, while fermentation and aging take place in small cement vats.
Its ruby red color shows great cohesion and luminosity.
The bouquet is intense and anticipates the softness that will be found on the palate, showing the true face of Sangiovese.
On the palate it is slightly tannic but absolutely balanced; the aftertaste is pleasant and recalls the landscape of the wonderful Tuscan hills.
At the table, it is the wine par excellence of spring barbecues. Red meat cooked in all ways, meat and game sauces, as well as classic Tuscan recipes such as Tuscan crostino: “Il Cavaliere” accompanies and enhances the most intense flavors to perfection.

We are aware that excellent products need excellent packaging and at the same time we cannot risk damaging in any way the precious Italian culinary jewels: for this reason, our warehouse is equipped with temperature and lighting ideal for food preservation and the most delicate ones (cheeses, cold cuts and craft beers) are stored inside cold rooms. During shipping, on the other hand, each product is protected with the packaging most appropriate to its characteristics.

For our craft beers, which are unpasteurized and therefore more sensitive to high temperatures than normal, we use special isothermal bubble wrap, which can ensure that the accumulated cold is maintained for the shipping time while protecting the bottles from shocks.
To secure the precious bottles of Italian wine, we have equipped ourselves with special inflatable bags, designed solely for the purpose of immobilizing and protecting this product inside the box.
