The Tuscan hills can be smelled in “Perpetuo.” A blend of native Tuscan grapes for an all-natural, biodynamic IGT Toscana Rosso. Alessandro Bandinelli cultivates Sangiovese and Canaiolo Nero vines at 150 meters above sea level, harvesting by hand and fermenting spontaneously in concrete tanks, where aging also takes place. In a blind tasting “Perpetuo” would manage to fool even the most experienced sommelier: soft and velvety, it seems to have been forgotten in the cellar for years, when in fact it has no more than two years of life total. Unbelievable.
The color is ruby red.
The bouquet is intense and fine, rich in floral and fruity notes, especially red berries.
On the palate it has good freshness, as well as excellent tannicity and savoriness, all in perfect balance.
At the table with platters of cured meats and aged cheeses is always a great idea when you don’t feel like cooking; if, on the other hand, you like to be at the stove, propose it with your Sunday roasts or with first courses with meat sauces, even the most intense game-based ones.

Cheeses and cured meats, which despite being aged require special care, travel accompanied by a special slow-release gel ice inside isothermal bags: in this way freshness is preserved until the goods arrive at your home.
For our craft beers, which are unpasteurized and therefore more sensitive to high temperatures than normal, we use special isothermal bubble wrap, which can ensure that the accumulated cold is maintained for the shipping time while protecting the bottles from shocks.
To secure the precious bottles of Italian wine, we have equipped ourselves with special inflatable bags, designed solely for the purpose of immobilizing and protecting this product inside the box.
