A little reinterpretation of a classic Umbrian blend that can completely twist the end result and give it a unique personality. This is “Brucisco bianco.”
Brucisco, in fact, is the nickname of Marco Merli’s father, Enzo. A wine therefore endowed with deep meaning, with a warm and strong soul, like Marco and Enzo’s passion for wine.
In mid-September, on the Altotiberini hills at an elevation of about 280 meters above sea level, every year Marco Merli hand-harvests the Trebbiano, Grechetto and Malvasia di Candia vines chosen to give life to the all-Umbrian Made in Umbria blend “Brucisco bianco.” The skins macerate for a few days along with the must before the wine is aged in stainless steel tanks. Zero filtration and zero clarification. All the Umbrian countryside in a glass.
Even the color, a beautiful hay yellow, recalls the typical hills of central Italy from which this wine originates.
Its vinous and mineral aromas are as authentic as can be in a wine.
At the table you can accompany it with fresh cheeses such as mozzarella or white meat; even paired with a first course with a sauce that is not overly opaque, it is a good idea for a simple but great-tasting meal.

Cheeses and cured meats, which despite being aged require special care, travel accompanied by a special slow-release gel ice inside isothermal bags: in this way freshness is preserved until the goods arrive at your home.
For our craft beers, which are unpasteurized and therefore more sensitive to high temperatures than normal, we use special isothermal bubble wrap, which can ensure that the accumulated cold is maintained for the shipping time while protecting the bottles from shocks.
To secure the precious bottles of Italian wine, we have equipped ourselves with special inflatable bags, designed solely for the purpose of immobilizing and protecting this product inside the box.
