Roberto and Cristina with this wine wanted to demonstrate all the quality capabilities of their old Verdicchio biotypes and soils located in the Classic Verdicchio zone. How? With a product where neither at the beginning nor at the end of alcoholic fermentation, nor during storage, is Sulfur added as a preservative and antioxidant. The grapes grow on sandy/clayey soil and are selected and harvested by hand in several stages depending on the degree of ripeness. Fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel precedes the 6-month aging phase in steel.
The color of Zeroesse is a beautiful bright golden yellow.
On the nose, toasted fragrances of hazelnuts and almonds alternate with the scent of yeast; the aroma of yellow fruit preserves and dried flowers are also present, accompanied by a light briny touch.
On the palate, it is balanced between savoriness and freshness, thus of good drinkability; roasted almond is noticeable in the finish.
In the kitchen it is the trump card to play with boiled fish appetizers, especially shellfish, with vegetable risottos and with fresh cheeses.

For our craft beers, which are unpasteurized and therefore more sensitive to high temperatures than normal, we use special isothermal bubble wrap, which can ensure that the accumulated cold is maintained for the shipping time while protecting the bottles from shocks.
