For Roberto and Cristina, waiting for the opening of a new vintage of Passito di Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi from old “Augesco” biotypes is like waiting for the birth of a new life. The bunches, selected and harvested by hand, are placed in wooden boxes without being stacked. They are hung one by one and left to dry in an old cottage located in the middle of the vineyards, where windows sealed by mosquito nets create ideal natural ventilation. After this natural process, which takes place from November to January, and after fermentation, aging involves 2 years in barrique and at least 6 months in bottle.
The color is fascinating, amber yellow illuminates the glass with golden highlights.
The nose is broad: apricot, peach, figs and dates, quince and pineapple, beginning with acacia honey and toasted malt, concluding with dried mimosa, chocolate, carob, candied fruit, raisins.
The taste is sweet, smooth and enveloping, discreetly fresh and savory; on the palate its aromas persist for a long time.
In the kitchen it is suitable for a variety of desserts, from tarts to dry pastries, from crunchy pastries to nougats, and even chocolate desserts and Saint Honorè cake.

For our craft beers, which are unpasteurized and therefore more sensitive to high temperatures than normal, we use special isothermal bubble wrap, which can ensure that the accumulated cold is maintained for the shipping time while protecting the bottles from shocks.
To secure the precious bottles of Italian wine, we have equipped ourselves with special inflatable bags, designed solely for the purpose of immobilizing and protecting this product inside the box.
